Refund Policy

1. Fee Payment

All fees paid to First Smile International for admissions, tuition, activities, or other services are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

2. Admission Fees

Admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover administrative processing and seat reservation.

3. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees paid for a particular term or month are generally non-refundable. However, in genuine cases such as:

• Transfer to a different city
• Medical emergency (with valid documentation)

Management may consider partial refunds at their discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the school office or via email within 10 days of the incident.

4. Activity/Event Fees

If an event or program is cancelled by the school, any associated fee may be refunded or adjusted. No refund will be provided for voluntary withdrawal or non-attendance.

5. Mode of Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card) within 7–14 business days.
